additional activities: review classroom procedures, review ¿Cómo te llamas?, practice #s 1-10
You need to practice using the numbers 1-10 so you know them automatically
Tarea (homework): Turn in your signed syllabus with contact information by Monday, Sept. 14th. Bring your supplies everyday: 2 pencils, 2 spiral notebooks, and a folder (Spanish dictionary is optional).
Also practice counting and identifying the numbers 1-10, you could practice on the computer:

or without a computer you can use a deck of cards, or number cards you make up yourself, you could teach a sibling or parent how to play go fish en español, using just the A-10 cards in a deck.

You need to be able to recognize or write the numbers as you see or hear them:
If I show you a number between 1 and 10, you will have to write it out in Spanish, spelling it correctly.
If I say a number between 1 and 10 in Spanish, you will write the numeral.
There will be 10 questions, so it will be worth 10 points. Here are the numbers 1- 10 for you to use to study (they are also listed on my website and Quizlet):
